Refund requests must be made within 24 hours after receipt of your goods.

  • Item does not match the description.

Items Damaged while shipping

We aim to prevent damages and we have strict wrapping procedures; however, it can sometimes occur. Any deliveries received damaged/faulty Must be reported to Homeware Bliss upon receiving the package.
